Im so glad I came here! Ive been looking for another beautician who does hot/intimate waxing since I moved to Manchester and finally found one! Sam was amazing, she was very friendly, chatty and knowledgable and certainly puts a new customer at ease. She did a fantastic job and it was done with minimal pain. I had Lesley (also very lovely) do my underarms and now Im feeling like Im ready for my holiday. I would absolutely recommend
I love getting my eyebrows done here, the service is always perfect! Sam is really friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. She always does a good job and remembers what I like for next time. Ive also had a couple of cut and blow dries from Lucy and she was also brilliant. She spent time talking through the products she was using and I was really pleased with my hair. The business is also great, you can get so many services in one place. Im always happy with the results when I leave and never hesitate to make another appointment.

I have my facials done with Sam. Shes changed everything about my skin. Im like a different person. I barely have to wear any foundation now and get so many compliments on my skin. Ive recommended so many people to have facials because I cant believe the difference. Will never go anywhere else!
I dont normally post reviews on here but I feel that the owner of the salon might want to make improvements to the service. The location is pretty good, the salon very cozy and I felt that the coffee & chocolate were a nice touch. I phoned the salon for an appointment and asked specifically whether they offer a service I need. I was told yes and so I booked my appointment. I booked based on the existing reviews, therefore I can agree that maybe today was sort of an unfortunate misunderstanding. I wanted a service where I would get a full cleanup of dead skin/ cuticles as part of my pedicure, as I usually get at salons where I normally pay around 30. Todays service cost 39 and did not include any removal of cuticles or dead skin and as a result my pedicure is definitely not flattering. I feel I overpaid for the service and I dont believe Ill be returning here although I live in the area. The products the salon uses are top notch, but I feel you could perhaps invest a little more in training as you cant be telling people one thing over the phone and have them get disappointed when they get there. Mid-service I notice my toenails are getting painted and I sort of blocked, did not feel I was getting my moneys worth. The girl who assisted me then mentioned she isnt qualified for this job and that the next time I should ask for a more qualified person. How am I supposed to know if this was my first visit? Furthermore I did specify this over the phone and reiterated this usually takes about an hour, as I was getting a slot for half an hour. The girls then said it could run a little over then. Okay...
