Alex gave such incredible customer service to me when I received a rental car when my car was info repair at the garage. He greated me with a fantastic smile and was so friendly and charming that I cant wait for when I have to rent a car again so I can go back and receive such amazing customer service. Definitely would recommend this brand and their staff to anyone.

Really competitive prices and excellent, new, clean vehicles. Had a great experience all round, from very fast pick up and drop off and very friendly service - including offer of free pick up and drop off from home although I didnt utilise as I live nearby.

I had to change the car due to engine light show-up and Enterprise Rent A Car sent the AA team within minutes to assess and arrange a replacement car with in the same hour. The team is exceptional.
