My car was promptly collected.When my car was brought back and reversed off the low loader the ramp collapsed. My car was hanging off!The driver tried to leave the car with me and asked me to sign for it.After ringing my insurance company I was told to make him take it back. He was not very pleased to say the least. I called their office and spoke to a lovely lady who in turn informed the owner of the company, Pat.Pat kept me fully informed and made sure the damage caused was put right. He even organised extended car rental for me.My car was returned 5 days later in good order. It had been washed and cleaned inside. I also received a beautiful flower arrangement as an apology. Work done to a really good standard.Thank you
