2 big black gorilla balliffs threaten my parents...come again and I will gut you both!
Absolutely disgusted with this company, harassed my elderly parents for 5hrs to get money for.a.debt that wasn't even theirs, ex lodger that moved out years ago. They had to prove every item.within the property belonged to them by providing receipts. Threatened to tow away their vehicles.if the debt wasn't paid! The officer showed no compassion for my 71yr old mother who was sobbing her heart out on her hands & knees in front of him & my ageing disabled father..sadly she paid him the debt but only because she was so scared & wanted him to leave. Have later found out he was acting illegally & was lying about having a tow en route...totallly fuming!!!
they employ thugs! tried to repossess goods even after payment had been made to the client!
Rude staff and very unprofessional gave added pressure to my life and not willing to support partial payment over the 6 months or 12 months. Worst company and Mr Naylor is extremely rude and the staff working within the company too. I will definitely take this matter further.
Ridiculously rude staff. Trying to sort out a payment plan for one of my clients I am supporting over the telephone and both the agent and head office were rude and obnoxious. You either want the payment settled for your client via an affordable plan or you dont want a payment at all. Disgusting.
