One day I came into this dentist because I was having an emergency and the secretary didn't understand the situation and asked me to call a number and be registered before. I filled the form but when I called back the day after she didn't put my details in the system, so a visit was not possible again. She promised me to call me back the same day. Nobody called me back and I went to other more professional dentists. What a shame!
My personal experience so far with Revive has been fantastic. It is almost impossible to find dentists that are taking NHS patients and they had me registered and booked in to see a dentist within hours of contacting them. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly (I had a great laugh with her) and I got e-mail and text confirmations of my appointment. Not sure what else you can expect from them. My treatment has been excellent, once the dentist understood I was in pain they changed my check up to treatment immediately and dealt with the pain. I left pain free with appointments for a consultation for follow up treatment.The consultation was honest and factual. The Dentist listened to me and was considerate of my requirements and budget. I have personally opted for some private treatment however the dentist has mixed some NHS treatment in when suitable. I am a new patient but my experiences so far have left me confident in them, and I have recommended them to friends.
