I've only been with this surgery for 1mth,as l have been with my old gp for 12yrs,l missed some appt and l want to register with sorrel group just about a month ago, l told my new doctor that l would like my prescription to be despence by my old chemist and l was told that this would be forwarded to my old chemist electrically,l phone on this very day,this lady receptionist was so rude and she told me that it will be sent to my old chemist by 11.30pm,l want to the chemist at 1.30pm , it not there,l rang the surgeries no,it rang for 25mins, before someone picked it up,the lady told me again that it would be ready at 3.00pm that the gp needs to sign it, when it's 3.00pm it's was not at the old chemist again l was on the phone for another 22mins,when this lady picked up again,the rude one she told me to come and pick the prescription up at there own chemist,it was when l put my foot down that that was not what l was told earlier,that she said she would fax the prescription to my old chemist,this is the worst surgery that ive ever seen in my 35yrs living in Britain.
Great place very helpful and the staff very friendly.
