Apart from the long wait when I got there the service provided by the consultant and his team was excellent. Nice private room with high spec amenities. Would have got five stars if I didn't have to wait so long. Very good private hospital.
Poor communication, never return answerphone messages, staff not friendly or empathetic , matter of fact. Had keep ringing for scan result. Jane in scan department 5 stars, only one had any idea. In conclusion find another hospital. Ps this hospital charged the highest!

My husband had an appointment today 4.9.18 on arrival checked in at downstairs reception went up to 2nd floor waiting my husband's appointment 15.45pm after waiting for half an hour I asked when he was going to be seen and was told by n receptionist that he was running half an hour late and still got 2 patients before us so would not be seen till 17.00hrs well that is some waiting time 1hr 15mins!!!! Absolute joke the receptionist couldn't give a monkey's the staff didn't tell the patients waiting for this particular consultant he was running late they just didn't care!!!! No compassion the receptionist staff was only interested in flirting with every single consultant that worked past and not actually bothered about the patients.
Went for ultrasound on liver, and was told "everything is fine, nothing to worry about". Let's just say with my follow up consultation 3 weeks later with my GP, everything was not fine. Far from it.
