This hotel is situated at an excellent location, in walking distance of Media City attractions etc. The hotel and my room was clean and tidy, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and not too soft (many hotels think the softer the bed is the better, but too soft is bad for your back, neck etc.) not too firm, just perfect. The only downside if you arrive by car is that parking is a bit expensive, but at least the parking building just next to the hotel.
Perfectly ok. No major bells or whistles. Breakfast was good. Bit of a smell heading up to the rooms but sure that's not permanent.
One of the best Premier Inns I have stayed in. Super friendly & helpful staff. Cosy comfortable rooms and a lovely restaurant and bar.
A great stay. Friendly welcome. Quiet night ... if a bit too hot even with air con. Fabulous breakfast .. best yet from Premier Inn.
Lovely staff, clean and well presented family room, that was spotless and located in a quite area. Everything worked and and could be found easily. Food available at set times. Easy check in check out service would use it again and recommend to anyone else who wanted to stay in that area
