Wouldnt recommend ! Ordered a large donner kebab and they gave me small also I ordered a pepperoni pizza they sent me bbq donner pizza my girlfriend wasnt happy at all rang up telling them they have messed the order up they put the phone down rang up the second time and they was being rude saying what do you want me to do we are really busy waited over an hour for them to bring the fresh food that I ordered out they delivered it, it was really cold

This place isn't just good but great as they deliver my food on time every time. Anyone who complains about this is just a moron as they don't appreciate food. 10/10
Ordered for kids through just eat. Absolutely disgusting base. So hard and dry pizza. The whole pizza was so over cooked that even when i tried to warm it alittle in the microwave in an attempt to make it softer, it made no difference.In the past pizza house was the best. Now its not worth it. The worst pizza ever. So hard over cooked and disgusting. I actually get a quezy feeling in my tummy now everytime i think of pizza.Order from them if you want to lose weight and you never feel like eating pizza again.If you are a pizza fan, dont waste your time or money!
Up until today, I though this place was great!Ordered 2 pizzas. Chicken and mushroom and chicken and sweetcorn.My partner drove down from Newcastle with her young son. He loves chicken and sweetcorn and doesn't eat mushrooms. When the delivery came at 17:50, they had 2 chicken and mushroom pizza's.I phoned up and asked if they could bring the correct pizza ASAP, but the guy said they're really busy so it'll be over an hour.I reminded them that it was their mistake so it should be rectified asap and be a priority over other orders. Told them it was for a child too but was still made to wait.Eventually I had to go to work. I phoned my partner about 20:15 to ask if the pizza had come yet......NOPE!!!! Still no sign of it!!!Another phone call to them! "GET THAT PIZZA TO THIS CHILD NOW!!!! THIS IS COMPLETELY INEXCUSABLE!!!""Oh, do you want the pizza now?""NO!!! I WANTED IT AT 18:00, JUST GET IT TO HIM NOW!"Low and behold, it came just after 20:30!!! The poor lad had to wait over 2hrs and 40mins after the original order was delivered!!!So mad for being hung up on twice! I'd even been able to hold my tongue and not swear at them!!! Shocking customer services! To top it off, they've removed my right to review the meal on hungry house (which I ordered from!)
