I eat here regularly. The stuff is nice and friendly all the time. The food and service is excellent. They also offer lunch deals at better prices.
Nice staff and good service despite being a busy Saturday, unfortunately the system messed up so our starters got muddled with the table next door and it didn't correct in time for mains so the same thing happened!Food was tasty, calamari could cope with more seafood and less batter but everything else was great.
Brilliant. 2 for 1 meal voucher and very nice too. The staff are lovely. Not there fault at all but the parking fees are ridiculous.Pressure needs to be put on Peel Holdings Ltd. for free parking.
Very busy evening, our waiter who seated us and tended our table was very attentive and gave excellent service throughout the evening. The 3 star rating is due to several things that just weren't right. Our pizza fries arrived, slightly burned and the pepperoni inedible, this was quickly replaced but the way they looked, they shouldn'tve left the kitchen to begin with. The toilets were a bit of a mess, a plunger left sticking out of the first toilet, the one I used had dirty footprints (understandable as there were a few children in the restaurant who had been playing outside) but the seat wasn't very clean and as it had been left up, I could see how sticky the rim was. On leaving the cubicle, the plunger had been removed and left in the middle of the floor. Very odd.The food was good, a bit on the bland side but we had a voucher so feel the cost reflected the product, would've been disappointed to pay full price. The only other issue was an extra drink had been added to the bill, which was probably due to some confusion on my part while ordering but more care should be taken. Our waiter was very good and sorted this out though.Overall, quite a nice place, perhaps we visited at the wrong time, but just not as good as the Bolton one.
Staff were great. The food we had was pretty average though. Well presented pasta dishes but not amazing flavours. Not a great deal of choice for desserts. Would go again as a good choice for places to eat in that area.
