Very useless. I went there due to emergency. They said to me I need an appointment and the vet will be back god knows when because she went on a break so she might be back in 5 mins or 2 hours. Two day later my hamster died. Very disappointed.
Very clean, dogs and cats wait in different rooms. A great pet cover of their own. Also the staff are very friendly and helpful, there is a pet shop attached.

76 for ear drops for my dog. Not sure if that's value for money. You make your own mind up. The guy who looked at my dog was pleasant enough. Surgery was empty & looked as though it could do with being refurbished. Probably be no more expensive than any other vets but they just play on your love for your pet.
