The food is rather good. The service is quick and the staff is very friendly. Its a fun, cosy place with comfortable sitting and some nice lunch options.
Visited today after previously enjoying my dining experiences here. However we were sceptical as my friend got food poisoning on our last visit. Unfortunately very dissapoitned with todays service and meal. Although the food was tasty and enjoyed, Im shocked at the prices of the food! 20 for some chicken and side salads and no drink... I have been here previously and never paid even close to that! My friend got a sandwich and a portion of chicken and paid 18??? On top of this when I went to pay the lady at the tills ignored me and was laughing at a table opposite and not acknowledging me. Although the foods lovely, I certainly wont be dining here again based on the prices and poor service.
Pleasant surroundings, with staff professional and polite. Food was so-so, generally lacking in flavour (mezze platter, quiche and salad), coffee was fine.
Catena is a cosy caf with a homely feel, friendly service and good food and coffee. The portions are generous and the soundtrack will get you day off to a good start.
This place is absolutely amazing. The food is exceptional and the service is really great, the staff is very friendly and cheerful. I went there with my wife and with our friend and we had an amazing time. This is a place you MUST VISIT when you are in Media City UK. Highly recommended! :)
