Usually good experience when I go there and on the whole very tasty coffee. On 27th Jan 2019 though was served a bagel. Ate it and just at the end I noticed was mouldy from inside (the bread had green patches on). I went to the lady at the counter and the waiter and both of them were not bothered in the slightest and said its on the inside not on the outside so it doesn't matter and it was defrosted just today so it's fine. They did not even apologise and just stared blankly at me and said you ate the majority so I cannot give you refund only replacement... I did not want another mouldy bagel so no thanks. I felt sick after the experience and will not be ordering food there again. Coffee is good though.

Clean, pleasent staff, lots of space (Costa was rammed) and a very good Hot Chocolate.
Nice little coffee shop in the Lowry Outlet Mall, same floor as the major fast food chains but at the opposite end of the mall. Comfortable inside with tables outside too, some overlooking the Lowry Theatre. Reasonable prices too which I was surprised at and will be going back next time we are around Media City without a doubt.
Nice selection of good looking cakes and snacks. Staff behind the counters do the best they can to be helpful and friendly. Most tables have nice comfortable chairs and there are some tables set up by the windows looking over towards the theatre which is a great place to people watch.
