Wow!!!I am so pleased with my Fiesta it is exactly if not BETTER than I expected! The personalised video was where the excellent service from Arnold Clark began (in Dundee) and ended (in Salford) after I bought my car with a lovely reception and excellent customer care from Alex Williamson. I loved the vehicle from the exterior and was even more pleased with the spotless and shiny interior! Lovely smooth drive home - I cannot recommend Arnold Clark more!! Fantastic service!!! He not only represented the company well but took the time to ensure that the price I received was in our best interest.The process was so simple. The location was very accommodating and the associate I dealt with Alex was great. All the paperwork was done on the spot. In and out in 30 mins. I have just picked up my new car from the Arnold Clark Delivery Centre in Salford. I am so impressed with the quality of the car and the service I have received today. The car was pulled into the show room which added to the excitement of picking up my new car and Mason explained everything to me and did all the paperwork before showing me how to use my new car. Absolutely 10 out of 10. Nathan and Mason were really patient and helpful, took me through all of the finance information as I had ordered from another branch. The car was in a lovely bright showroom which was brilliant as it was far outside. Nothing was too much and as a nervous buyer, both Nathan and Mason made everything much easier!
