Ok staff didn't seem too pushy
After having not the best experience with them and leaving a poor review, I must now say I cannot fault them for putting everything right.I received a call from the supervisor Christopher Burbidge the same day of my complaint... he could not apologise enough for the awful experience I had and literally put everything right that was wrong.He was very professional and give me an offer that I couldn't refuse.Thank you Christopher for your offer and honesty.I will be happy to return .Peter.
Had attended the branch few weeks ago as apparently my car was due a recall. I have been advised to attend on following week and agreed to arrive at noon. Dropped car key off and been told it was going to take 1-2hrs and that the speed of upload could not be influenced by the team as download goes through a satellite???On my return 1.5h later noted car hasn't even been touched. Spoken to another advisor who replied I should have come prior to 12 as all technicians have lunch at that time and he apologised. I have then been ensured car was due to drive in any wecond and it woukd be another hour. I agreed to wait since wasted so much time anyway.A total of 3hrs later I have been told car was ready to be picked up. The adviser said that the software did not actually need upgrading as I had the most recent one!!! Really??? It needed three hours of waiting to check this?Instead I needed a fuse box which they have ordered for me.Been to have this fitted and had much more pleasant experience. Nevertheless customer advisers always pretend to look busy and it takes time for any of them to acknowledge your presence.
