This place is very helpful, polite & they let you browse round DS showroom with out hassling you, relax place, they can even have banter with me being scouser and them mancs, which made me more at ease, great place
BE AWARE ..... Incredibly poor customer service.I have been a customer with Citroen Manchester since 2008 and I always got good service from them. Oh how this has changed since Robins and Day took over.My car was booked in for service - all seemed well but I was told that they had forgot to order the fuel filter. I was booked in for the following week - the car was not collected. I tried to phone the service department but could only get the call centre. I spoke with sales , Receptionist and nobody could get me the service department.I was assured, many times that the service department would call back but they never did.I called on 4 different days but they did not want to know.Well stuff you Robins and Day - I am in the market for a new car replacement - but guess where I will not be going
Excellent new car buying experience. Staff very helpful and provide all the information to allow you to make informed decisions. The actual buying experience right up to the handing over of the car is very relaxed. Highly recommend Robin and Day Manchester.
Thank you to Paul and the team for fantastic service on 19.01.18. My engine suddenly faulted on my way to work at 8am, and I took her straight there. I really appreciated that the fault was explained to me in detail - which parts had broken, why it had happened, and what the impact was. I was given clear options and guidance to move forwards. They had all the parts in, and I was back on the road the same day! I will return to Robins & Day Peugeot Manchester again.
I came in today to look at swapping my Mercedes for a 3008. The sales advisor who helped me, Chris, was fabulous. So friendly and professional. He was so knowledge about the car and brand. I really felt at ease. Very easy to talk to. After having a full demo and test drive of the car, I cannot wait to pick it up!! Excellent would definitely be back when I'm ready for a new car!
