Quick and easy shopping experience
I used their click and collect service for something i sold via eBay. When the buyer did not collect the item in the given time she was told it had been sent back to me. I never received the item back so contacted the store. They could not provide proof of sending, tracking or even where they had sent the item back to, needless to say i never received it back. One of the members of staff has obviously stolen the parcel. Argos won't take responsibility for the missing item.

At times queuing up paying for an item and then collecting it can be a bit sow, paying on card through the two automated payments units is great but I think this store could do with at least two more especially around Christmas time,it does cut out the waiting to pay a great deal. I think more staff should be available at all times at collection points would be better as well
