We popped in to look at flooring. Didn't actually buy anything but the experience was fine. The store was clean and tidy and the staff were attentive without being pushy. Seemed to have a good range of if products as well
Rubbish customer service. I bought bedroom furniture at Salford Cousins, they promised to assemble them except the bed. But on the delivery day, the driver easily rejected to do the assembly. And the store is closed till Boxing Day. Very disappointed and no one take the responsibility of their say. Called Home office they just said sorry. They didnt care at all. If you want a reliable store dont go for Cousins at all. This is my first and last time purchase from Cousins. Poor customer service and very irresponsible. How dare they are proud of their business in the ads. Funny.
Ordered furniture 1st October. Paid in full. Told delivery between 5/7 weeks. Still waiting...contacted their upholstery supplier and was told they couldn't guarantee delivery before Christmas! Telephoned Cousins again to ask if we were able to have a sofa on loan as we have already sold our old furniture. Assured again that Isobel would call me back to update me on that request...Still waiting. If ordering from Cousins be very aware that approximate dates are extremely fluid and promises are not met. Very disappointed with service on offer. Housing Units are a much company to deal with. Wish we had shopped there again.
