Plenty of parking, clean gym, great trainers. Highly recommend. Matt really takes the time to understand not only your body and diet, but your lifestyle too. As a busy business owner, for me its critical to work with someone who understands my daily pressures and helps plan my routine around them. A credit to the team.
Well equipped gym in a fantastic location. I didn't personally try the equipment but it all looks clean and well maintained. The receptionist Viv is really helpful and makes you feel at home. If you're looking for personal training in a state of the art environment this is the place for you!
Amazing place and awesome interior! I have done a hive class session a while ago and I have to admit it was great! Matt is very professional and the amount of knowledge he has about exercise and nutrition is incredible! I would definitely recommend this gym!
