Left my dog there for week and he was fine. They also post pictures on facebook of your pet enjoying it's self.
Absolutely lovely place, staff are super friendly. Got my 2 dogs groomed for Christmas, one is 15 and deaf the other 13 and antisocial, they looked after them brilliantly and made them look fantastic!
Can't go above 3 stars.... Decent choice for a chain shop, good services, friendly staff.... But you can't buy so much as a goldfish without giving them your life story! They want name, address, phone numbers, email address..... I am very much in favour of being able to identify pet owners, but for a shop where 100% of the time you can guarantee to find dead fish in some of the tanks (I cannot say this about ANY of the other aquariums in the area) it's a bit rich. Plus it's ALL of the info I mentioned or no service.... Nah.... Name address and EITHER email or phone is more than enough....! I am happy to buy food and accessories from them but would not buy fish on the basis that I don't actually trust putting them in my tank for fear of harming the health of my other fish.
The staff are super helpful polite well presented and knowledgeable here. The live feeder animals are kept in good quality. There is pet food here and small animals. There are reading materials pet supplies of all kinds. I'm sure if you have pets then this will be a place of interest. There is free parking on site with easy connections to transport links. There are a multitude if other shops in the vicinity.
I took my little dog for a groom here. He came back with cuts on his back and 2 weeks later still has the scabs. The store said , the groomer a MICHELLE. SAID HE WAS MATTED,,, A LIE, HE HAS NEVER HAD MATTED FUR.. Which shows liability already to what she had done... She was in a rush and caught his skin in her blunt cutters.. THEY DO NOT HAVE AN AREA MANAGER.. WHO ANOTHER EMPLOYEE TOLD ME " THE MANAGER INVESTIGATED AND FOUND NO WRONG DOING.. ANOTHER LIE.. so if you love your pet... DO NOT TAKE THEM TO THE ECCLES BRANCH.... BE WARNED. YOUR DOG WILL SUFFER AND BE LEFT WITH INJURIES FROM THE GROOM. .
