It's pricey for bunny's toys and accessories, can get much cheaper stuff next door including little snacks but less choice of course. On the other hand, cage was quite cheap around 50.
Lovely staff member explained their adoption process and let us meet Heryl and Oscar. She was clearly really invested in animal welfare. Impressive!!
Much improved compared to how it was years ago. Bigger range of different diet requirements (grain free, raw etc.) not every dog treat is dyed, tougher toys etc.The aquariums look healthier, nice to see real plants in the livestock tanks. Lovely to see shrimps are now available! Filter options aren't great though. Really happy to see that pets at home have improved so much! Covers all you really need for the main domestic pets.
Friendly staff members. Bought a lovely lop cross 10wk rabbit from here. Very knowledgeable staff...bought my pet supplies some place else though as the accessories are over expensive along with the products.
