Almost 12 for a fare that's usually 6. Didn't call me to say they were here said " they don't do that" which is crazy. Wont be using this firm again which is a shame as the first driver I had with them was a woman and she was excellent and charged me less than 6. to and from the same destination. No wonder UBER is putting them all out of business.
Didnt turn up! didnt answer phone and when I rang on somebody elses they put the phone down when knew it was me
Complete no show. Tried calling to find eta but my call was ignored. Avoid.
