Horrendous customer service! Just didn't turn up to a job to take us to the train station. Text us to say they were on their way but didn't turn up at all! DONT BOTHER USING THEM!
If there was an option to leave feedback with 0 stars that's what they'd get. Won't try this company again. And just as I wrote this, rude phone staff calls me back and tells me the cab I'd have to wait 20 min for won't be coming. Quality.Will stick to Street Cars
Do NOT use this company. I booked a taxi for 4 into town and was told, after numerous calls to the depot and assurances it was "on its way" that in fact no driver wanted to take this ride as it meant going into the city centre at 4 pm and that my reservation kept on getting "sent back" ... none of this was told to me on the first call. At 16.47 the taxi arrived. We have missed our pre ordered theatre dinner reservation ...@swans will you reminbusing us for our losses ?
Ordered a cab to the airport for 3:30am this morning. No sign of it at 3:50pm. Called the office to check where it was and was told it would be 2-3 minutes away. Waited another 10 minutes and still nothing so called again and the man on the phone was really rude. Then, out of the blue, got a text saying "TAXI CANCELLED". No phone call to explain why or to let me know what was going on. Ended up getting an UBER, but nearly 1 hour later than I had intended to get to the airport. Currently running the risk of missing my flight. Terrible service, poor communication. Don't waster your time
