Wish I could give a zero rating as I feel one star is to much. If I'd seen the reviews before purchasing my bathroom I'd of shopped eleswhere. Incompetent bunch of arrogant losers. What a load of cheap Chinese tat.

A nice modern radiator /towel rail supplied at a good price. Delivery stated as next day but took 3 days, not a major issue as delivery was free. Came well packaged with all necessary fittings and instructions. Now fitted it looks good and works very well. Would definitely consider bathroom takeaway for any future purchases.

Responses were helpful and showed personality- Kemal used part of my email sign off in one response which really made me smile.The parcelforce reference they gave me was incorrect, but a quick phone call resolved that and our order arrived in perfect condition on the date we wanted.
