Love the range .can get some fantastic home products. Good helpful staff but a little bitit high on prices. Can not resist it though.
The Range is an awesome shop with heaps and of stuff. There is something for everyone here and it's all excellent value for money. The restuarant can be a bit pricey and there's usually gents/ladies toilets here too.
I was here now two times and both times positive experience. First at the time of hectic Xmas period, but had no problems. Second time around was more relaxed. I love exploring the whole place, but big favourites are the beauty alley and crafting. Recommend
I bought a dining table set with 6 chairs costing almost 600!!Everything went smoothly till I opened up the dining table. Scratches all over the top and on the base. It was obvious it was either used and returned or it was a display model. I called up the store and spoke to the manager and it seemed as though he knew because of how hesitant he sounded and how he was only willing to get the top bit replaced and sent out to me?? Why not the whole thing seen as there's scratches on the base too. The guy just seemed dodgy..wasnt happy about the base not being replaced so they lost a customer! In general though prior to this happening.. i love the home decor things.. bit overpriced in comparison to similar retailers.. customer service needs dealing with though...but I guess it starts with the manager!!
I don't come as often as I should mainly because once in there I don't seem to be able to prize myself out again! Today my mission was craft items and they have a great craft section.As I was entering two members of staff were outside smoking. I managed to breathe in their smoke. As a non smoker didn't enjoy that. Perhaps outside the main entrance with both adults and children entering is not the best place....Once inside I couldn't find a price. A number of items weren't priced. A helpful assistant went to ask and came back with the item. I then find myself asking again for the price of a storage box but when she was about to go to the other side of the store again for me I said 'no'. She was very helpful. I ended up asking at the till.Decked out for Christmas it did look very festive. Overall not a bad experience.
