Made a order with a address overseas also delivery details to a air cargo company in Manchester airport emailed copy of our tax certificate showing company registered in Thailand. Invoice to Thai company and as stated air cargo co to send on to us. But they refuse to take off the vat on the invoice. A U.K. Company cannot charge vat to a overseas company its a normal practice after weeks I received a email stating that they could not take off the vat because the order was been delivered to a U.K. Address , how do you receive a order overseas only by using a air cargo company to have it sent to you I had to get on to Mr White ware U.K. And the order has already been sent to our air cargo company for dispatch. With no vat on the invoice A company that understands
