The service provided by Quay Property and especially H was absolutely brilliant. We arranged a viewing on a Saturday morning and I signed my new tenancy just 4 days later!!! He didn't try to "sale" or convince me to rent the property but explained all the benefits and gave me some time to sleep on it to make sure I am happy with my choice. Also, H was always very responsive to my emails, calls and messages. The whole process was easy and very quick (application, reference checks and signing of the contract was all carried out online). Yes, their fees aren't the lowest in Manchester but you get the level of service you pay for. I guess honesty and professionalism go a long way these days.
