The worst service I have ever encountered from start to finish. It took 2 months to do the paper work to get in, arrived at the property to a dirty flat with broken lights, shower, door handles and mold. Most of these never got fixed or treated. I left the property in a better condition than I walked into it and after a month of chasing I have only received one email regarding getting the deposit back.
Worst letting agent we have ever dealt with. Grossly unprofessional. They took 800 as a deposit on an apartment. The land lady later decided she didn't want to let. It's now the second week of TG not refunding the money. I have sent multiple emails and even visited the office. In one email, I was told 'it's out of my hands' - well then who's hands is it in?
Awful service, as a tenant - moved in to the flat and lots of things were broken. Did not tell us how to get a meter reading when asked. Ended up having to contact the landlord directly to organise repairs when he was supposed to be paying them to do it.
Avoid this office at all costs! Con-artists and chancers. They will not sort any issues with your rental. They will state you are an excellent tenant until you move out and then try to take as much money off you as possible. Do not use these awful people!!!
Workmen will let themselves in without prior permission, the company will breach the tenancy agreement, getting your deposit back will be a long and drawn out battle and they will charge fees for anything you ask them to do. This is aside from the work they say they will carry out which never happens. Avoid at all costs!!!
